Customer Service Training Award of the Year 2012

Lebara Customer Service team won two more awards - the Customer Service Training Award of the Year 2012 for the IT and professional category and was the overall winner for all categories.

 

It was the first year that Lebara had entered this contest and the Customer Service Training team fought off some fierce competition, including well-established training organisations. Its first training award is testament to all the work that has gone into preparing Customer Service colleagues in delivering a first class service to our global customers.

 

All organisations who entered the competition were judged on various dimensions including:

 

  • Quality of training
  • Degree of innovation
  • Employee engagement
  • Corporate and social responsibility
  • Evidence of results

To summarise the excellent evaluation on which Lebara Customer Service won, the judges' commented:

 

“Fantastic results achieved, the Corporate & Social element to be commended, but in particular I loved the “engaging all senses” - what a fantastic way to bring training to life.  Their video clip reinforces the Smile programme and the passion and energy in their Call Centres; putting their people first, customer second... Works every time!! Well done Lebara!”
