Lebara Customer Service team together with embrace-u have won yet another award for the ‘Best Large Contact Centre’ in the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards 2012.

Lebara UK Customer Service team have won three more prestigious awards for excellence, in addition to the two they collected earlier this year.

Lebara Customer Service team won two more awards - the Customer Service Training Award of the Year 2012 for the IT and professional category and was the overall winner for all categories.
